As the Managing Partner of Auto Academy, and President and CEO of the Leadership Growth Training Institute (LGTI), Otto has been the driving force behind the success and expansion of these organizations since LGTI's establishment in 2012. Building upon the achievements of LGTI, Otto is now spearheading the launch of the Auto Academy, a testament to the impactful legacy and growth of his leadership in the training and development space within the auto industry.

Since founding LGTI in 2012, Otto has been instrumental in creating a world-class organization dedicated to transforming individuals and organizations within the auto industry. The success of LGTI has laid the groundwork for the national launch of the Auto Academy, reflecting Otto's commitment to continuous improvement and meeting the evolving needs of clients on a broader scale.

As a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience, Otto's journey has been marked by a progression from roles such as Sales Associate to Vice President, including a significant tenure as the Variable Operations Director at Autonation. This diverse background positions Otto as a leader with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, further amplified by his academic achievements, including a Master's in Human Services from Lincoln University.

In addition to his leadership roles, Otto has contributed significantly as a workshop facilitator, conducting numerous workshops covering essential topics in leadership and professional development. This commitment to knowledge sharing has been a cornerstone of LGTI's success and will continue to be a driving force behind the offerings of the Auto Academy.
